We service clients throughout mainland UK through a network of accredited agents, and strive to exceed the requirements of the legislation that governs our professional practices. We use secure documentation systems and adhere to contractual service agreements and performance indicators.
Our recovery vehicles are fully insured and recovered assets can be stored, delivered to the auction house of your choice, or to your premises. Retrieval of the asset documentation is given priority.
We can provide a commission based collection programme where the sale of the repossessed asset does clear the debt or where repossession is not appropriate. Clients have the support of our on-site legal and other debt collection services.
Field Agent Recoveries
Here at P&A we understand that today’s debtors are responding in decreasing numbers to traditional contact centre collection methods. We like to think that at P & A we are different by being able to offer our clients a cost effective response via our extensive field based staff network covering the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Pre-Litigation
To offer our clients a clearer picture, P&A’s services include a pre-litigation and detailed examination of their customer’s circumstances tailoring an effective service to achieve the desired results.
P&A will vet your debtors and present a clear and concise case via our pre-litigation reports on suitable course/s of action to reclaim outstanding monies. P & A will always ensure that a telephone contact service is designed specifically to suit the creditor to provide additional recoveries.
Legal is always a costly route to take with not always the desired results. Therefore P&A offer advice in conjunction with our legal partners at James Peters & Co as to whether the legal process is right for you.
Tracing Service
If you cannot find your debtor, P&A can help you to trace and collect what is owed. P&A’s trace service is targeted to qualify customer contacts, record data accurately and deliver fast results. P&A recognise that maintaining accurate data and keeping in contact with debtors is of utmost importance to any collections team.
Process Serving
P&A offers a one stop document serving service throughout mainland UK. The service of your documents will be co-ordinated by a dedicated account manager who will:
• Confirm receipt of your documentation by e-mail or fax
• Inform you of when the service has taken place
• Update progress of on-going cases
• Return affidavits and statements promptly
